Hourly In-Home Service

In-Home Service - $100/hour, 30 minute minimum.

This includes:

• - computer setup and support (fix/clean)
• - training
• - question/answer sessions (great for small businesses too!)
• - setting up and configuring software
• - setting up and configuring hardware

Packages/Services

You can mix and match the following packages so it's easier
to know what your getting and what it's going to cost you.
It's a lot like an automotive shop. I won't perform the service without your permission!

Pickup and/or Dropoff - $25/$40 for both

Diagnose/Replace/Fix Hardware - $50
Monitors die. Hard drives die. New printers, new features.

Data Backup/Restore/Transfer - $50
Even though an operating system may stop working, that doesn't always mean you can't get your files off.
I can also help setup a backup solution that works for you and we can help protect those memories and files!

Essential Speed - $35
You'll get a computer makeover focusing on speed at OS and application startup.
This process contains a collection of best practices I've learned
over the years to get the most out of your computer.
Find out where your computer is getting its sluggish start out of the gate
and speed past those problems!

Unlimited Networking Package - $50
I'll plug-in, network, and configure any computer and device on your network.

Spyware/Malware/Virus Removal - $75
I'll run a couple of common spyware/malware tools to clean up your computer and return it to it's best state. If a virus is plagueing you, I will use any tool or process necessary to remove it. We will also look into the causes of where it could have come from and try to block it from returning.
